This week, the TY Catering class took part in a barista training course. With the guidance of two professional baristas, students put their skills to the test, learning how to pull the perfect espresso shot and refine their latte art. Coffees were made available to interested staff, with one even hand-delivered all the way to the Redbrick. With talent like this brewing, it’s safe to say the future of coffee-making culture in South Dublin is in very capable hands.
