On Monday, LCA students enjoyed a cross-curricular trip to Newgrange as part of their Gaeilge and Art studies. The visit gave students the opportunity to learn more about Irish art, culture, and heritage while exploring one of Ireland’s most famous historical sites.

Throughout the day, students developed their understanding of Ireland’s history and gained inspiration from the artwork, symbolism, and architecture found at Newgrange. The trip also supported their learning in Gaeilge by encouraging an appreciation of Ireland’s language and cultural traditions.
