VSWARE is the school management system. All students are allocated a VSWARE ID and parents /guardians have been emailed their own user name and password to access their child’s information (attendance, behaviour, reports and timetables).

Once logged in please ensure that the contact details under ‘personal’ are correct.

Parent Teacher Meeting Organiser is being used to manage and allocate parent teacher meetings. Here a list of each students teachers can be found and an opportunity for parents/guardians to book meetings once they have been scheduled. This can be found in the parents section of the website or below.

The school roll number is already populated so please do not change it as you will not be able to log in. You will also need your child’s VSWARE ID. An email will be sent to parents once the relevant meetings have been scheduled. All queries relating to parent teacher meetings can be sent to ptmeetings@newparkschool.ie

The School App is used for general notices and information about school activities and extra curricular activities. This can be downloaded via Apple Store or Google Play. All app notifications are duplicated on the school website.

Email communications may come directly from the school informing parents/guardians of upcoming parent-teacher meetings or other general notices. These will normally come from a communications email (newpark@newparkschool.ie). As this is a broadcast email only, we would ask that you do not reply to these emails as it is not monitored. For any other queries please contact the school office at office@newparkschool.ie.

Parents’ email addresses are extracted from VSWARE at the beginning of the year. As such it is extremely important that your email details are up to date. If you are not receiving emails please contact the school office.
